3. Age Verification
To create an account on bd10, you must be at least 21 years of age. At the time of registration, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
bd10 may at any time request any one of the following government-issued documents for age verification:

- Valid passport
- Birth registration certificate (government approved)
bd10 may place withdrawal requests on hold until the verification process is complete. If it is found that a user created an account while under 21 years of age, that account and its balance will be confiscated.
4. Account Security
4.1 Password and Login Details
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. This information should not be shared with anyone. bd10 will never ask for your password by phone or email.
If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, notify us immediately via live chat. bd10 will not be responsible for any loss resulting from failure to report in time.
4.2 OTP Verification
An OTP will be sent to your mobile for certain activities. Never share this OTP with anyone. The user will be solely responsible for any loss arising from misuse of an OTP.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on bd10 is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The name on the bd10 account and the name on the payment account must match at the time of deposit.
Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. In such cases, bd10 may return the funds and request documents for account verification.
5.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will be sent back through the same method used for the deposit — via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank).
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This may take longer if a verification process is ongoing or unusual activity is detected on the account.
5.3 Transaction Cancellation
bd10 reserves the right to suspend or cancel payments in cases of fraud or suspicious transactions. The user will be notified promptly in such situations.
6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members on bd10 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus must be completed.
For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,200, and you must place bets totalling ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 to become eligible for withdrawal.
6.2 Bonus Usage Rules
Bonus funds may be used to place bets on all slots and casino games. However, the following conditions must be met:
- No more than 10% of the balance may be used as a bonus on a single bet.
- If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred or used on another account.
- bd10 reserves the right to cancel an offer in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
6.3 VIP Cashback
bd10 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback is provided based on weekly net losses: Bronze members receive up to 0.4%, Silver members up to 0.8%, and Gold members up to 1.2% cashback. Cashback is generally credited to the account at the start of each week.
7. Gaming Policy
7.1 Fair Play Commitment

Such activities will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be confiscated. Legal action will be taken where applicable.
9. Account Suspension and Closure

bd10 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Any breach of these terms and conditions.
- Failure to provide verification documents.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity.
- Order from a court or investigating authority.
9.2 Closure by the User
You may request account closure at any time via our live chat. All valid balances should be withdrawn before making the request. Any remaining funds after account closure will be returned within a specified period.
